I've always had a passion for healing and therapy from a young age, which led me to certify in both massage and yoga. Active therapy (yoga) and passive therapy (massage) are two approaches that meet in the middle.

Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques, combined with an openness to receive, equal optimal balance and relief. My goal with each client is simple: to leave feeling much better than when you arrived. Period.

I was drawn to massage from an early age, but after being diagnosed with scoliosis at 13 I began searching for ways to manage the chronic pain it caused — and discovered the power of massage. I graduated from the Birmingham School of Massage in 2010, in the same class as Stellar's founder.

Over my career I've earned certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Reiki, and Hot Stone, with additional training in Active Isolated Stretching, Swedish, Prenatal, and Reflexology. Chronic pain is my inspiration — the most rewarding part of this work is helping someone gain back a better quality of life.

I'm grounded more in Western medicine — anatomy, physiology, pathology — but Eastern practices like Reiki and Reflexology have genuinely surprised me with their results, both for my clients and in my own experience.

Hello, future clients! I've had the pleasure of helping people reach their therapeutic and relaxation goals since 2001. I have experience in deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish, and sports massage, plus many other modalities I draw on as appropriate during a session. I've worked with both local and professional athletes on muscular improvement and recovery.

I've lived in the Birmingham area all my life. I have a son and a beautiful granddaughter, and I'm a big animal lover with several fur babies at home. For many years I've also worked as a local paramedic — I enjoy the mix of a high-stress first-responder role and the healing power of massage therapy.

I am a licensed massage therapist with over 10 years of experience and a graduate of the Birmingham School of Massage. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, lymphatic massage, stretch therapy, and relaxation-focused bodywork, allowing each session to be thoughtfully tailored to the client's needs.

Drawn to massage by a lifelong desire to help others, I approach my work with care, presence, and respect. I believe massage is a collaborative process and enjoy educating clients so they feel empowered to better understand their bodies and address chronic pain beyond the session.

Known for creating a calm, supportive environment, I am dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable, at ease, and cared for—whether they are new to massage or experienced in bodywork.
