Cancellation

We request 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments.

Party of 1 or 2: less than 4 hours notice is 50% of the price of your booked services; less than 1 hour is 75%; a no-show or cancellation at or after your appointment time is 100%. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice three times in a 90-day period, your cancellation window becomes 24 hours.

Group of 3 or more: less than 24 hours notice is 50%; less than 4 hours is 75%; a no-show or cancellation at the time of service is 100%. After a late cancellation, your window becomes 2 days for groups of 3 or more.

If we cancel your appointment with less than 4 hours notice and do not offer a replacement therapist, you will receive 30 minutes free.

Tardy Arrival

A set time is reserved for each client. If you arrive late, your massage time may be reduced. You will be charged the full price of your appointment even if it must be shortened due to late arrival.

Inappropriate Behavior

This is an ethical, licensed establishment. No sexually inappropriate behavior is permitted. Any client who behaves inappropriately will have their session terminated and be charged for the full scheduled time. Our therapists are licensed professionals, and we encourage them to file police complaints for any solicitation, exposure, or battery.

Payment

We accept cash, local check with ID and a local address, credit card, HSA card, or gift certificate. A $35 fee applies to any dishonored check. No cash refunds.

Draping

Clients remain draped during the entire massage. Only the portion of the body being worked on is undraped at any time.

Minors

A parent or guardian must be in attendance for the entire massage for a minor child.

Illness

Please be courteous and reschedule if you are sick. A late cancellation fee may be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

Gift Certificates

If a gift certificate is lost, please call to cancel it. If it is redeemed before being cancelled, it is considered used and will not be reissued. Gift certificates are for services only and cannot be applied to tips.

Privacy

Our website, StellarMassage.com, uses Google Analytics to understand visitor trends. We do not collect personal information through the website itself.

When you book an appointment or make a purchase, our scheduling and payment system, Meevo, collects the information you provide — name, address, email, and payment details. Once a payment is submitted we retain only the last four digits of the card. All payment data is transmitted and stored securely by Meevo under PCI-DSS standards.

We may occasionally email you about new services or staff. You can opt out any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or emailing StellarMassage1@gmail.com. We do not sell your information and only disclose it if legally required.
